Elo needed a mascot that could carry a whole app, not just sit on a splash screen. So instead of one character, we built a family of shapes, each one tied to a different part of life the app helps with, like money, mood, learning, and relationships. Every mascot shares the same DNA (same eyes, same line work, same warmth) but gets its own color, shape, and personality. The system also includes poses, outfits, and expressions so the mascots can react naturally across onboarding, chat, and notifications instead of feeling like static stickers.
